The PHUSE Steering Committee have published a document on best practices for writing White Papers. Please look to adhere to these recommendations when drafting a paper for your project. This will hopefully ensure you get the right feedback when calling for comment

Operating guidelines for Working Groups members

Guidelines for business conduct on behalf of PHUSE

When requesting support from our regulatory agencies and/or partners in the development of your deliverable, a new process has been implemented. If your project is seeking this type of support, then please complete this template and email it to workinggroups@phuse.eu

The PHUSE Script Repository is hosted on GitHub.com, and much documentation exists on the full spectrum of GitHub functionality. As a short-cut to getting started, viewing, downloading, and uploading scripts, take a look at this User Guide

Do you have an idea for a project? Can you see an opportunity that would benefit industry and where PHUSE could play a pivotal role? We recommend to draft your request in the word document and save. Once you are happy with the content, transfer to the online version and submit. Your request will then be reviewed by the Industry Representatives from the PHUSE Steering Committee. Once approved, support will be given by the PHUSE Office Working Groups team who can assist with calling for volunteers, setting up relevant tools, and managing meeting invites and actions

PHUSE Standard Operating Procedures for Version Control of PHUSE Deliverables. Each project will produce a deliverable in some form, this flow chart and process will assist you in seeking approval for public review and ultimately finalisation of your White Paper
